Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as auditor
2. Click on perform audit link
3. Click on any one audit cycle name link
4. Click on upload audit records and submit the result
5. Click on submit to auditee button
6. Open the audit report form
7. Right click on a row
8. Add a row and then delete some rows
9. Click add button on top or from right click menu
