In Meetings page, while trying to add KPI/Dashboard, without selecting clicking on save shows Saved Successfully.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in as Admin.
2. Go to activities tab.
3. Click on meetings menu.
4. Open existing meeting.
5. Click on add KPI/Dashboard.
6. Without selecting CLick on save.
7. Observe the result.
