Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log into audit pro as scheduler.
2. Go to administrator menu and pick Audit cycle menu.
3. Create a planned audit and publish it.
4. Try to click on planed audit to add actual audit.
5. Or click on Add Actual audit and observe the result
