Steps To Reproduce:

1.Open the Browser
2.Enter the URL
3.Enter the Username and Password
4.Click on Login Button
5.Click on Module icon
6.Click on Inspection Control
7.Click on Actions Tab
8.Click on Inspection Sheet Menu
9.Select the Frequency and Enter the Lot No
10.Click on Submit Button
11.View the Inspection Sheet
12.Observe the Results
