Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to EwQIMS application
2.Goto RFD Module
3.Goto Main and Click on PI pane and select the PI and click on VOC Click on Flow down indicator, Delete Fun and Req and dont click on Ok button, just close the pop up window and click on Flow down indicator
