Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login as auditor
2. Click on perform audit link from menu
3. Click on any one audit hyperlink
4. Click on Upload NC/OFI button
5. Click on Green button to request training
6. Enter the data in all mandatory fields
7. Click on save button
8. Click on reset button
9. Observe the result

Description
Training Request From NC- Integration with HR Pro -> Reset button is not working gas expected. If auditor clicks on reset button after clicking on save button , the assigned data is disappeared

- Status changed from Resolved to Closed
After clicking save button, the page is closed automatically . From this point, there is no way to reset the saved data. So this issue is closed
