1)Login to module as auditor
2)Click on perform audit
3)pick the respective audit
4)observe Upload NC/OFI header
5)Click on save directly

Description

when "Auditee Response Approach (Opt)" is set as "Select" and clicked save displays alert as "Please specify NC"

Expected Result -> Alert message should be displayed as "Please specify car approach"

system is allowing to save nc/ofi without selecting Specific car approach even when the business rules settings are no for NC/OFI
