Description

Email: Once the email is edited, then the mail is not generated from doc Pro
  1. Notify administrator to assign a route for pending request
  2. Notify administrator to assign document attachment for pending request
  3. Notify document author for an attachment
  4. Notify document change request termination when it is waiting for route assignment
  5. Notify draft viewers
  6. Notify requestor about change request rejection(Notify req as well as approver)
