Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to EwQIMS Application.
2. Click on Users menu - Click on Users submenu.
3. Click on Add button - Enter all the details including optional fields.
4. Click on save button.
5. Observe the screen.

Even after entering the mandate details please look for the below steps :
1) Create a shift through user creation page.
2) Add the picture.
3) Add the signature.
4) Then Click on save and observe the screen.
