Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as admin
2. Click on define audit program link from menu
3. Click on New audit program button
4. Create new program and map with audit type and entity
5. Go to NC category tab
6. Click on add button
7. Observe the result

Description

Define Audit Program -> NC category -> Problem on showing audit program in list. The created audit program name should be displayed automatically in the field. The field should list the audit program names if try to add new category after clicking on "Show all" button
