Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login as admin
2. Click on define audit program link from menu
3. Click on New audit program button
4. Create new program and map with audit type and entity
5. Go to NC category tab
6. Click on EDIT button after selecting respective row checkbox
7. Modify the data in any one field
8. Click on save button
9. Observe the result
