1. We Have redesigned Groups Page and as per design Access Rights should be in closed view.
2. There is no access rights heading in groups for docpro as per the previous versions, so this is not an issue.

1.As discussed with Sabu, the new design should show the access rights in an expanded view
2.Previous version doesn't have heading, that's not identified and raised as an issue in previous version. Now identified the issue, so this is an issue.
