Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as MSA Module Administrator
2. Click on Report Tab
3. Click on Gage Status Report
4. Click on Publish Document
5. Select the Format
6. Click on Publish button
7. Observe the Mail from Doc pro
8. Click on View button
9. Click on Click button in that alert
10. Observe the Error
