Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in as Auditor.
2. Go to Perform Audit Page.
3. Click on not performed Audit.
4. Click on upload audit records.
5. Upload Audit records.
6. In Audit Status Select "NC identified"
7. Click on Upload and observe the result.
