Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as MSA Module Administrator
2. Click on Setup tab
3. Click on Assign Route menu
4. Click on View/Edit Icon in MSA field
5. Create a New Route
6. Click on save button
7. Select the dropdown
8. Observe the data
9. Refresh the screen
10. Observe the data

Description

Issue 1: Assign Route: Created Route name not displays in the drop down list. Once the page was reloaded, it shows in the list.
