Supplier Audit Export -> Problem on export report

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as admin
2. Go to supplier audit report menu
3. Click on view report for any one supplier and then click on Export icon
4. Observe the fields in document (CSV,

Description

CSV File -> The fields are not same with supplier report after exporting the report to csv file

PDF File - Data alignment is not proper

Word File -Unable to convert. Getting below message
