Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as MSA Module Administrator
2. Click on Part Menu from MSA-Setup tab
3. Click on New button
4. Enter the Part Number, Description and Characteristics
5. Select the Characteristics
6. Click on Save button
7. Click on Delete button
8. Observe the Alert
9. Remove the Characteristics from List of selected Characteristics
10. Click on delete button
11. Observe the Alert
