Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as MSA Module administrator
2. Click on Stability Menu
3. Click on New button
4. Click on Enter the Mandatory field
5. Left Reference Value as "Blank"
6. Click on Calculate button
7. Click on Save button
8. Observe the behaviour
