Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login to Ewqims application.
2. CLick on system menu - click on meetings submenu.
3. click on created recurring meeting link.
4. click on "only recurring mails" button.
5. Observe the mailbox.

Merge this issue with Bug #7569
Meetings - All Modules - Send with Reminder, Send Spot Mail, Re/Send Invitation Mail, Send Cancellation Mail on Delete - Mails are not getting generated.
or vise versa.
