Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log in as Admin.
2. Go to Training tab.
3. Click on Training request menu.
4. Click on Training series button.
5. Create new training series with active state.
6. Click on Training course icon.
7. Create new training course.
8. Click on Approval route option.
9. Select a route.
10. Click on save and observe
