Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in as Admin.
2. Go to Activities tab.
3. Click on Proposal Rating menu.
4. Save a proposal.
5. Select the proposal click on edit.
6. Click on save and observe

Description

In proposal rating screen, after Clicking on edit, not able to save the changes made. System asks to enter the proposal name where as user not able to select proposal name.
