Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login to EwQIMS Application.
2.Click on Module icon.
3.Select the module as MSA Pro.
4.Click on MSA Setup menu - Click on Gage submenu.
5.Click on new button.
6.Enter the mandate details.
7. Click on Attach work instruction - Attach the document.
8.Click on save button.
9.Observe the screen.
