1.Login into EwQIMS Application
2.Go to HR Pro
3.Click on Personal Development Plan.
4.Select Expectation Category
5.Click on New
6.Enter category
7/Click on Add.
8.Enter date manually in DD/MM/YYY while the server date is in MM/DD/YYYY
