openSafari(Teams )- While adding duplicate external members it is displaying alert message "name already exists": but still it is allowing to add the duplicate member.

Steps To Reproduce:
1) Login to EwQIMS Application.
2) Click on System menu - > Click on Teams submenu.
3) Click on Add button of external members.
4) Enter the name and email in first row -> Click on Add button.
5) Click OK button of alert message.
6) Enter the same name and email in next row.
7) Observe the screen.
