Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login EwQIMS as Module Administrator
2. Click on TPM pro module
3. Click on Activities tab
4. Click on PM Supervisor Calendar
5. Click on Spare Part Availability Icon
6. Click on Spare Part Request button in Spare Part info pop up window
7. Observe the Error Message
