Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as Module Administrator
2. Click on TPM pro module
3. Click on Setup tab
4. Click on Spare Part Master Menu
5. Left blank field in Reference document of Previous purchase
6. Click on Save button
7. Observe the Alert message
