1. Login as admin / auditor
2. Click on attached audit form document

Description

Auditor login ->

Issue # 1 -> Audit Form Hyperlink -> "Error message displayed as "Conversion from string "" to type 'Integer' is not valid. Please contact Administrator or Technical Support with this Id: 2a2713bf-9c6f-4e31-8310-1ca1ae694064"

Issue # 2 -> Upload audit records attachment - 404 Error displayed.

Admin login -> View/edit button is not available for existing audit forms

Note: The above issues are happened for specific documents Not for all the documents.
