In IFM under Interface Element (Internal+External Element) select "H", "M" or "L" and in VOC for External Element also Flow down is displayed, Whereas only for Internal Element Flow down should display

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to EwQIMS application
2.Goto FST Module
3.Goto Main and select the PI
4.Goto Block Diagram select the Context Element and in Block Diagram draw the line between Internal and External Element
5.Goto IFM add Function and Requirement, under Interface line select "H", "M" or "L and go to VOC observe the result
