Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to Aquapro
2.Select Main in AquaPro Menu
3.Select Any PI -> Open PFMEA Document
4.Click on a Cell and Right Click on the cell ,Click on Publish option
5.Select Work Instructions/Process Flow Information Document
6.Publish it
7.Again follow step 4,5
8.Observe the result
