1)Login to module as admin
2)click on administrator tab
3)click on supplier satisfaction survey
4)observe the form

Description

Need a master form for "supplier satisfaction survey" the master form should be loaded with default data in questions and should allow to add additional data if needed from the master form

For Vendor performance monitoring form data should be loaded by default
