Steps To Reproduce:
1.Click on Aquapro and publish a large document to a level with approval settings.
2. Log in as approver and approve the document.
Issue: The large documents from Aqua when published takes about 20 to 30 minutes to get converted and also it takes about 3 to 4 minutes to publish the document.
Sometimes an error "Batch conversion failed due to: Cannot create ActiveX component." occurs

As expected. Micron's large document is more that 300 pages. It will take 3-4 mins to publish and may take 8-24mins for PDF conversion
