Steps To Reproduce:

1.Enter URL
2.Login as Suite Administrator
3.Select Meetings menu from Systems tab
4.Create a meeting and Click save
5.Click on attach button on Meeting attachments
6.Click Add files and select file
7.Click on start/start upload
8.Observe the result
