Steps To Reproduce:

1.Enter URL
2.Login as Suite Administrator
3.Select Entity menu from Setup tab
4.Right Click on any existing entity and Select New Entity
5.Enter all the mandatory details to create a site
6.Click on Save Button
7.Observe the result

Description

Clicking on Save button does not display any alert messages. when clicking again system displays 'Site name Already exists' alert.
But only on refresh created Entity is displayed.
