Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in as admin.
2. Go to training tab.
3. Create new training an consolidate it.
4. Go to records page.
5. Oped a training record.
6. Add an attachment and save it.
7. Close the record.
8. Open a new record and click on view and observe
