Steps To Reproduce:
1)Login to module as admin
2)create 3 or4 actual audits
3)publish any one of the audit in month view using filter
4)check the email or by clicking on the document number hyperlink of the approvers
5)displays as all records are published

Description
Actual audit publish is not working as expected when Published system is publishing all the records when published it is not working even after filtered and published system is considering all the audits to publish
