In meetings, page the recurring meeting button is enabled only after creating a normal meeting in the grid page.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in as admin.
2. Go to Activities tab.
3. Click on meetings menu.
4. If there is any existing meeting available, delete those meeting.
5. Observe the page now
