Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login Module as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on Equipment
3. Create Machine
4. Select Activity
5. Set PM Type as "TBM"
6. Click on Activities tab
7. Click on PM Supervisor Calendar
8. Assign Maintenance Person
9. Click on PM Calendar
10. Click on Spare Request - Not Requested Icon
11. Select the Spare Part
12. Click on Delete button
13. Observe the Result
