In Structure analysis ->new create 4m in that Map to Existing Failure column display empty for the new create 4m .

Again create 4m for the same operation in that Map to Existing Failure column display failure 1 in the dropdown text field.

if i want create new 4m in different failure,i am not able to create it ,when choosing select option in the Map to Existing Failure dropdown column

Expected Result: If user choose "select " in the Map to Existing Failure dropdown column ,it should create new failure branch in PFMEA and 4M for the branch
