1.Select a Production item
2.Click on Design VDA tab
3.Click on Function/Failure analysis
4.Select a element and Click on +F and +R buttons and add Function and Requirement
5.Observe the Result

Description
Unable to add Requirement and Failure in Tree diagrams. Displays Error message.
But while adding through table view it can be added. But Requirement ID is displayed only on refresh.
