1. Login as user
2. Set the language preference as Chinese

Description

1. Expectation Matrix - Chinese characters are displayed as ? In expectations field after click on save button
2. KPI - The system not allowing to save with Chinese characters in KPI name field
3. Vision, Mission Policy - Default activities are displayed in English and Chinese
4. All risk forms and Context forms - Insert comment option in English only
5. Improvement Proposal - Proposal type field -> ? is displayed after saving with special characters
