1. Login as admin
2. Click on Proposal ratings page
3. Click on add button
4. Click on Save button directly and observe the result

Description

Proposal Rating -> Wrong alert message displayed as "Please enter proposal Rating" when try to save without Proposal name.

Expeceted: The alert message should be displayed as "Please enter proposal name"
