Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as admin
2. Click on alignment chart link from menu
3. Select any one expectation category
4. Select respective result KPI and Process
5. Assign Simple risk form for a process
6. Right click on any row
7. Check the result in Risk Number field

Description

Risk-> Risk number is not fully visible to end user in simple risk form

Note: The admin assigned Current Risk Numbering Format as "EwQIMS730_[YYYY][MM][DD][Auto]"

it is a limitation in browser, long word will not wrap if there is no space, i have increased column width
