Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login into the EwQIMS application.
2.Goto FST Module.
3.Click on Item Definition and click on Impact Analysis
4.Click on Upload button add the file which was captured using the Greenshot tool

Description

Impact Analysis: Saved one image using Greenshot tool and didn't changed any file name. Upload that image and click submit button. Now image is uploaded click on that image link, server error is displayed and also couldnt able to delete that image using close button.
