Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in as Admin.
2. Go to Audit cycle.
3. Click on new.
4. Create new actual audit with tentative status.
5. Publish audit with module auto approval.
6. Go to Auditor and not confirm the audit.
7. Go to auditee and not confirm the audit.
8. Check the batch manager and observe.
