Publish for Approval - When publish by auto approval, system is displaying PDF document. But when publishing using approver, HTML document is displayed

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Publish a Document with Auto Approval
2.Click Publish for Approval in RFD on the same document
3.Click on View Document
4.Observe the result
5.Again publish the same document with Approver
6.Click Publish for Approval in RFD on the same document
7.Observe the result

Description

•Publish for Approval - When publish by auto approval, system is displaying PDF document. But when publishing with approver, HTML document is displayed.

•System displays a Server error when clicking on the view Document button when in PDF Document

As per the discussion on 05 feb 2018( dev meeting) this issue is closing now as this is the expected behaviour.
