1)Login to EWQIMS application
2)Select APQP module
3)Select Project from project listing screen
4)Click on Request changement
5)Provide the details
6)Right Click on the form and select Insert comment
7)Enter the comment
8)Place the cursor outside the comment box
9)Observe the result
