APQP: Import Project using XML shows "Object reference error"(Sporadic).

Steps To Reproduce:

1)Login to EWQIMS application
2)Select APQP module
3)Go To Project listing screen under projects menu
4)Click on import button
5)Upload the XML file
6)Click on import
7)Observe the result

Description

APQP: Import Project using XML shows "Object reference error"(Sporadic).

NOTE:Import from EXCEL is working fine.
