Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login Module as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on TPM-Setup tab
3. Click on Equipment's
4. Right click on Equipment Parent Node
5. Create Division/Plant /Manufacturing Line/Assembly Line/Machine/Component
6. Click on Responsible Person Icon
7. Observe the Responsible Person Pop up window
