Steps To Reproduce:

1)Login to EWQIMS application
2)Select APQP module
3)Select the project(Ongoing)
4)Click on Request Change Management
5)Enter the data in area of change(Use Anchor and table options)
6)Double click on the data field
7)Observe the result

Description

1)CM: ECR form : RTF(Rich Text format - When double clicking on anchor name icon and Tables used it shows "JS Error".
2)double clicking on the change category ,benefit of change,dimension change and document change value shows "system sql.exception error"
