Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login Module as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on TPM-Setup tab
3. Click on Equipment type
4. Create New Equipment Type under "Division"
5. Enter the mandatory field
6. Click on Save button
7. Again open the same Equipment type link
8. Change the category "Division to Plant"
9. Observe the Result

Equipment Type - When user trying to change the category from saved Equipment Type, the system does not showing the selected category details.

Note:
• When changing the category "Division to Plant" -- it shows Machine details
• When changing the category "Manufacturing" -- it shows Assembly line details
• When changing the category "Assembly" -- it shows Machine details
• When changing the category "Machine" -- it shows Assembly details
• When changing the category "Component" -- it shows machine details
